A great example of important fitness principles.

As some of you may know I offer personal fitness consultation to a number of clients most of whom are really good friends. Recently, I received word from one buddy that he has not only gained strength but has also lost 8 pounds to boot. Warm fuzzies like these make my day!

For those of you who are on the thin side or consider yourselves to be "hard gainers" when it comes to strength and size there is an excellent article which covers many of the principles I use in my personal consultation.
