Moo Shoe Garlic?

Now I've heard the expression: "There's more than one way to skin a cat." But as far as I know there is only one way to mince garlic. That's by using a mincer/crusher and NOT the way this sick restaurant's former employee did it.

Needless to say, the restaurant received two health violations due to the witness having enough sense to submit the photo to the Rockland County Health Inspector and not posting it to College Humor. As for the employee, the owner says he (a-hem) got the boot!
