Everyday is a new experience...

When I stumbled upon this story I had to "double-take" the headline because: 1) I travel on NWA often and have accumulated many frequent flier miles with them, and 2) A little repressed part of me would have liked to have been on the flight just to see how this worker pulled off such a stunt!

I feel very sorry for this woman, and basically think this worker should be tarred and feathered medieval style!
